We're looking for someone who can lead a kitchen team together with the head chef. The sous chef is able to take over the kitchen when the head chef is absent. The kitchen team consists about six employees during high season. In high season we have around 300 guests per night.
We are looking for a friendly and hardworking sous chef who want to work for one or more seasons in the sun.
• You are at least 21 years
• You have leadership skills
• A chef´s degree (or equivalent level)
• Experience in a la Carte restaurants
• You speak English well, the Spanish language is not a requirement • Knowledge of HACCP • You are independent, enthusiastic, hardworking, creative and stress-resistant
• You are available from April till November
• Pleasant working environment under Dutch supervision
• Room and board is included

• A salary in accordance to the collective agreement and tip.
